Amitabha Das is a Principal Research Scientist at the SETLabs, Infosys Technologies Ltd. heading the networking research group. Before joining Infosys, he was an Associate Professor at the School of Computer Engineering at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore where he joined in 1992. He got his B.Tech. in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur in 1985, and his MS and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1991. He has close to hundred research publications in refereed international Journals and conferences, and is a senior member of IEEE.
