• The room rates are inclusive of all taxes.
• Room rates per 24 hours are: single room INR 3250; Double room INR4250; Please see the web page of hotel
• Room rates offered are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast at The Lobby Cafe
• 24hrs usage of internet would be complimentary.
• Rates are inclusive of complimentary transport to venue of conference ( bothway)
• Bothway Airport Transfers are complimentary subject to minimum stay of 03 nights and above.
• If you are staying less than 03 nights can request Sales Manager as mentioned below to pick up and drop (each way will cost around INR1500 (USD33; assumption INR45=USD1) + 4% tax)
• The above special rates are only valid to academic institute related function, as IMSAA is co-sponsored by a not for profit academic institute.
• All other consumption of food and beverage etc. will be charged as per actual
